As checked, integration can only create new records for now. Once you enabled edit option in the email notification and user submits, it will be treated as a new record in Airtable.
Let me forward a feature request to our developers to add an option to update user's record.
Please note that we cannot give an ETA or cannot assure if this feature will be added or will it be passed. However, we will keep you posted via this thread for possible updates.

Unfortunately, there are no updates yet, nor an estimated time-frame for an implementation.
