How do I create branching questions?

Is it possible to create branching questions? For instance, question 1 might be, "What country do you reside?"

If a user selects "France", can a second question pop up and say, "Which city?" and provide a list of cities in France?

I have the data that I would want in the two questions, but not sure how to build it.

You can list other options with other dropdown elements and show/hide them based on your users' responses.
