Unable to view credit card details on secure form

I'm trying to collect credit card info on a secure form and the 1st 4 numbers and last 4 numbers came through, the rest was #### signs

I can see from your forms that you are also collecting driving license numbers. I would request you to use the best security practices of JotForm, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features in your forms as per our Terms of Use.
