How can I delete some of the files in my storage to gain more?

I am almost out of storage I would like to have some deleted as I have them stored in the cloud.

How do I do it?

To delete your forms and submissions, please follow these steps;

If you would like to delete a form and all of its’ submissions; go to “My Forms” page, choose the form that you would like to delete and click “Delete”.

When you delete your forms, they are moved to “Trash” folder where you can restore them. If you would like to delete them permanently, select all or the ones you would like to delete and choose “Purge”.

We strongly recommend that you export all of your data before taking the delete actions. This is how you can do it;

To access this feature, go to your Account's Data page then click the green “Download My Data” button. On the “Export Data” wizard, click the “Prepare My Data Download” button. If you've done this at least once before, go to the “Request A New Export” T tab first, then click the “Prepare My Data To Download” button.

This action will result with an email notification which will contain a link to download your data. You can also find this file under your “Download Your Data” tab.

In the case of deleting only the submissions, please follow these steps;

Go to “My Forms” page, choose the form that you would like to delete and click “Submissions” option.

2. In this page, you can delete all your submissions or choose specific ones. It is also possible to delete accordingly with a date filter. 

An important warning is that, when you are deleting submissions, you are also deleting their uploaded files. So, if you do not back up the files in the cloud as well, we recommend you download them first and then delete your submissions.
