Can not login

    Good Afternoon, 


    I have been unable to login. The error message is "Login Failed-Suspended"

    Please be advised that our system screens for copyright logos. Form: http://www.jotform.us/form/91534363331149 was found to use a logo that triggered the suspension. We noticed we could not match the logo with a valid domain. But the said form is not collecting profit out of using the logo. We have reactivated your account and made your form available.

    To make sure this would not happen again, we encourage you to use a company domain.

    In the meantime we whitelisted your account. We know travel agencies can work with Gmails and Outlooks, since they are independent contractors most of the time.

    Thank you for reactivating my account. That is my company logo I paid for. It is not a copyright image :)
