Users have wrong account levels

    I have multiple users on my account that do not have the same gold plan access that I have purchased. 

    User ebosetti, for example, only has the basic plan.

    Do you have sub-users or you are on Jotform Enterprise?

    Please note that sub-users will not have the same plan as the main account. The sub-users can only edit forms and view submissions, so they can use even the free plan.

    The sub-users do not really need to be on a paid subscription for as long as they will not need the same limits as the main account.
