dropdown options are missing in the list

I have come across another problem with this form, however. On multiple occasions while I have been uploading it, one of the options on my list has disappeared and another option keeps changing.
Should I start a new ticket for this issue, or can you help me?

Yes, it just happened again for the third time. I have corrected the problem, for the third time, and I have highlighted the options that keeps disappearing.

It seems to have something to do with the '<' and '>' signs?

I have checked your form and it seems you have fixed the issue with the missing option.

We don't allow script editing inside the form, the system might have mistaken the "<>" symbols as script codes that is why its removing the options inside the symbol.
