    Hi,

I completing registrations for a day camp.  I have parents who might need to fill out a form for another child, but would want to do one payment for both children.  Is there a way to create a link within a form that takes the buyer back to the top of the form and allows them to enter another child and then check out and pay.

Currently, I have them submit their form and then it takes them to a separate payment page (different form) and gives them a link to return to the registration form for another child.  However, this means that I get the payment and the registration form separately.

I would like to create one form that give me the registration info and the payment in the same page and still allows for them to register multiple children.

    Hi Doug,

Yes you can achieve this with JotForm "Conditions".

You can add a check box ("Add Another Child") on your JotForm below the Child's First Name. Create one more row below and add another set of controls(same as the first child's) to collect child's info.

If parent's want to enroll another child, they click on the check box and you show the second row with controls for the parents to add other child's info. You can use JotForm Conditions to show/hide any field.

Please refer this guide on Conditional Logic.

    Thanks,
