account suspended

    Tried to log in to my account and it would not allow me to sign in. So I reset my password, thinking that may was the issue. However, it still won't allow me to log in. The error message says "login fail - autosuspend".

    I have checked your account and it seems to be suspended due to suspected phishing form.

    The form in question is https://www.jotform.us/form/91809060511148, it seems the form is collecting credit card information.

    Do note that we don't allow collecting credit information in the form as this would violate our Terms of use.

    You may use our available Payment Integration in you form if you want your form user's to pay for your products..

    In order to lift the suspension in your account, we would need to remove these guilty fields.

    Our apologies, I have gone ahead and unsuspended your account. Please make sure to remove the fields or your account will be suspended once again.
