PDF Document: How to switch back to old version?

The new pdf look has JotForm logo on them and also has a different layout to it plus it has the year wrong on the PDFs. Not matching the year on the forms  how can i change back to how the way the PDFs looked before as soon as a month ago   

You can remove the JotForm logo by clicking Remove Branding at the bottom of each page.

You can also un-check the Show JotForm Branding option in your account settings page.

I am not sure what do you mean by the wrong year. Is the year in the submission date is displaying wrong? It is displaying fine at my end. Could you please share the URL of the form?

However, if you wish to switch to Old version - after opening the PDF document, you can click on Switch to Old Version button which is at top right.
