Are there any payment widget that will save a card and allow me to access it securely at a later date?

Question for going forward--with the different payment widget options, are
there any that will save a card and allow me to access it securely at a
later date, without running payment initially?

Unfortunately, there is no such widget and it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

If you do not want to process the payment at the time of submission, you may consider enabling payment authorization using PayPal, Square, Stripe or Authorize.net gateways so that you should be able to charge the user later from the payment gateway dashboard. Please refer to the guide below:
