Adobe Sign: The widget is not working for an end user

    Per the end user, she has tried this on 2 different devices with the same error shown in the attached screen shot occuring.

    Hi, just wanted to let you know it is happening with multiple users now and we are in the middle of baseball signups for a 750+ player league.  Any idea of a time frame for a solution?

    Unfortunately, there is no ETA for when it will be addressed, but we will immediately let you know if we have any updates.

    Meanwhile, I would recommend you to use one of the other signature widgets like E-Signature, Smooth Signature and DocuSign.
