I am for now testing your tool (which is visually amazing i must say) however, I need to extensively test the available capacity of the tool for customization. We presently use Cogix's Survel tool, which is unfortunately not very user friendly.
I need powerful reporting possibilites to consider this for our organization, and if you can check on my "test evaluation" when i try to build the report, i'm limited to one page, it won't scroll down for me to add widgets.
Basically, here is a description of how we'd use a survey tool:
We provide management courses, that last up to 2 weeks, at the end of the course, we have our participants fill a course evaluation form/survey.
This survey will gather feeback as follows:
- optional name
- section for session/course rating (with comment box for each course)
- section for faculty rating (with comment box)
- several open questions (comment box)
when building the report, I would like to see, per question, all responses (which your Grid widget on the reports page seems to do very well) however, as pointed out, it only seems to be limited to 1 page.. and for courses containing 50 subjects or 20 faculties, I need that report to be expandable to as many widgets i need to add..
Is it something you could easily enable? does a paid version extend that?
Also, we use Apple Ipad extensively, and the latest trend has been to give those devices to our course participants, which means, we are looking to create surveys easily readable/completable on an Ipad device (bigger/scalable buttons, button coloring, etc..) Do you have any plans of enhancing your product to match these technological requirements?

I've been investigating this and it does seem that the Grid report style is limited to one page, but the widget itself is paged so it allows you to see all of the data. However you might be able to do what you want using another format. Have you looked at the Table Report? It shows all fields from the form and will expand automatically when there is more data to fill it. I've created one here based on your test form:
Perhaps not exactly what you wanted but currently that's the best I can think of. Also the paid version does not give any extra reporting features, it's the same as the free account in that regard.
Regarding the iPad. Jotform is already optimized for iPhone and works great on both iPhone and iPad platforms. See this link below:

Apologies for my late response. Thanks for your answer.
I have extensive needs for customization, i really like using your tool but i have some real case scenarios (in addition to the ones I've written you about previously) where there would be space for additional features. Is there maybe a place or an email address where you'd be interested in some inputs of feature requests?
- For example, as i say previously, an extensible Visual Builder, where each instance of the grid widget could focus on different columns of the table (if different question than display the according response column only)
- Or a slider bar that instead of having a number range could have values (ex: AA A B BB)
Anywhere i look in the market, as much as the form builder is good, there is a huge lack of customization on the report creation side, and as I said, i have some good real case scenarios to back up these needs, I'd be glad to help out..
About iphone/ipad optimization, I did not mean an mobile application, I was more interested about your display optimization for Ipads.. (Bigger buttons, ipad optimized graphics etc..)
Again, if there is somewhere where I could profide input for future development of your tool, i'd be willing, just let me know where.
Many thanks for your feedback,

Any suggestions are always welcome. This forum is probably the best place for any input since it is the most visible, and I will certainly add your suggestions to our requested features list. With respeact to ipad, no there isn't anything specific however you could try to modify individual forms by injecting CSS. Then you would be able to change button sizes, etc.
Thanks again for your suggestions and if you have anything else please do let us know! It is always very useful.

Well, as far as suggestions go, at the top of my list i'd propose extending the visual report tool.
Each table widget instance should be independent from the other ones, and the entire Visual report has to be extendable (for X instances of widgets added)
See, when i try to create 3 table widgets and want them to show 3 different responses/infos, it works perfectly until it updates (then all 3 instances will show the same columns)
Then, if i leave the page and go back to the report (or Share it) it will update and show all same columns:

Thank you for your suggestions. We appreciate all our users' input and yours is no exception. We take feature requests and suggestions into consideration but due to the huge amount we receive everyday, we cannot promise that all of them will be implemented. We will just notify you of any updates regarding this.
