Can I make a HIPAA form and see the answers automatically after a person submits

I'm trying to make an HIPAA form for patients that need to check-in to the clinic. I would like them to fill out the form on a table and submit the answers but a would like our front office to see all the answers live on her screen and they are summited all together, like a spreadsheet with all the answers on the same page. I think some people call this an active response page.

    Can I do this?

You may use a Kiosk Mode on a tablet to receive submissions from the patients, see:

How to Use Kiosk Mode in JotForm Mobile Forms

Then, for example, you can use a Google Sheets integration to get a live spreadsheet with data:

To use the integration in a HIPAA compliant way you may need a paid G Suite account and accept Google's BAA so that you can validate your G Suite account is HIPAA compliant.

We are also working on a new spreadsheet-like submissions view at JotForm, but this is not something that is released yet.
