Asked by jdrdsn on March 24, 2011 at 09:00 AM

I want to add simple add and subtract, multiply and division calulations to a form.

    How do I do that?

    Thanks!

    Hi jim,

Sorry but calculations within forms are not currently supported.  However this is a common feature request and we have already added it to our to do list.  Unfortunatley I can't give any estimate on when it will be available.  If you are comfortable with javascript you could download the full source for the form and customize the fields to your liking, but there is no way to do it with the form builder as yet.

You might possibly be able to split the form into steps.  The first step could do any calculations using some calculator javascipt code or widget downloaded from the web, and then pass the results into the form to prepopulate the fields.  Here is how you prepopulate a form field.
