new customer - Survey and quiz query

Hello, I have a couple of questions as we are looking into new products to integrate surveys and quizzes (Through Embedly) on our website. I've popped what we are looking for below, If you can come back to me on email  to let me know if this is something you can provide that would be great.

For quizzes: can we access the following - unlimited questions/respondents, logic Jumps, different answer possibilities, multiple choice, likert scale, analysis of data and add images.

For surveys: is it possible to have custom surveys.

Lastly can you confirm how many users you have and the pricing options.

The monthly submissions limit changes from the account type. For example, you can receive at most 100,000 submissions in Gold account. JotForm Form Builder has different fields you can easily add to your forms. With JotForm Form Builder, you can create quizzes with images, allow single/multiple choices for questions and add images to them. JotForm form elements allow you to create various type of forms and Likert Scale can also be created. Moreover, after you start to receive the responds of your quizzes/surveys, you can use our "Visual Report" tool to see the date related to answers with custom charts. I've shared a sample example for this report below:
