"From" client on form

    I still have the same problem that i have emailed you about prior. 

    when i receive an email that someone has registered for my program in the "FROM" section and "REPLY TP' section it states "Karina Sahagun - Tarzana"

    this is not the person who has registered. THis particular name comes up from every single registration form. 

    you have told me to go to my jot form account and click on my form, email alerts, and put in my email address..in which i did this...and it still comes up with the above name.

    Hi Randi,

    I see that you have 4 very similar forms, none of which have a sender email set.  I also see that in one of these you've selected Child's School as the name field, so I have copied that for your other forms, and changed the send to {email}.   It should send you the senders email correctly now for all your notifications.  If you want to update it again, edit the form in the form builder, click Email Alerts, click your Notification and then click the button at the bottom which reads "Reply-to and Recipient Settings".  That will allow you to change the Sender name and E-mail as well as the Recipient E-mail.
