I attend many conventions and also organize a mini game that I created. I place my products in different parts of the convention area for the contestants to find them and take a picture with it to win an award. The bigger the event gets, the more complicated process becomes so I need a system through which I can follow what’s happening and collect the contestant’s emails for reaching out in the future about my product. Can I achieve these on JotForm app?

    Hey Jay,

You can simply create a form and add an email field to it.

Collecting email addresses at conventions is great for networking, JotForm can help you with that. You can also use the app to follow the contest entries. You can add a Take a Photo field so that you can have the contestants take the picture with the product and add their email and submit. So you can have the email accounts and the contestant photos in a single form. I believe it would make the process run much smoother for you.

JotForm also has 10.000+ online free templates that you can use. You can find one suiting your needs and start using it with a simple click.

Here’s how you can create a form through JotForm app to collect email addresses:

    1. Click on "+" to create a new form.

    2. Choose the form type that you want to use.

    3. Type a name for your form.

    4. Click on Add to add a question field.

    5. Click on Email, to have that field to be added to your form. You might also want to add Full Name, so you know whose email address you are getting.

You can add as many fields as you want, make sure to check out the Form Widgets as well.

You can also the Kiosk Mode, to have people fill out a simple form through your mobile device. Here’s a guide on Kiosk Mode and how you can activate it.
