Hi,
2 questions, hope you can help to answer:
1.) For image upload function - is it applicable only for paid user? I tested on it, sender sent it, but when I tried to open it. It pop out error page that can't be display.
2) Like to ask if jotform has any e-receipt template to use? since you have payment form, i am currently subscribed with another source for invoice and receipt. if jotform has, perhaps can consider to put everything into 1 provider.Thanks.

For image uploads, may I ask how were you reviewing the uploads?
Generally, all our feature are available to free users. But, I see that your account is set up to require login to review files, so this may be the problem causing the error. You can lift this setting to access files being not logged in, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
