unsubscribed from Campaign Monitoring with Jotform integration

    We have configured the integration with Campaign Monitor. Everything is working fine, except when we try to unsubscribe from Campaign Monitor, and enter the same information in Jotform, but the user cannot subscribe. Do you have any idea?

    To clarify, a user was unsubscribed from your mailing list and you have tried to add him back to the list but the integration won't let him subscribe?

    Can you please try to  set your subscriber's list to Confirmed opt-in?
