Although, we don't have an integration with MailerLite, there is a platform called Zapier, which you can try to send your submissions to MailerLite: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/mailerlite/8479/add-subscribers-to-mailerlite-from-new-jotform-submissions
