Notification Emails not being sent

    My form "Gala Ticket Purchase Form" is not sending notification emails to the email assigned. I won't be able to really test this form since there's a PayPal payment method attached to the form, so the only way to get the notification is if someone purchases something. But either way, I would appreciate it if you could see what can be done on your end.

    Please follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues.

    Also please give us your email address so we could check if it is on the bounce list.

    Your email id is not in the bounce list.

    Please remove your payment integration and test your form to see if you are getting email notifications,
