How can I submit a form?

Hi, I created a looping survey where a use could "submit" or add another. At the end of the page, i added a single choice question. If submit is selected, it should go to the thank you page. If continue is selected, it will go to the next survey question. However, when I am clicking on submit, it just goes to the next question instead of ending the survey.  What am I doing wrong?

Could you please let us which submit button you are referring to? I checked your form and you only have one submit button and it's placed on page 5 of your form.

Please submit your form using that button and see if the form can be submitted.
