Questions posted in the support forum are not automatically turned to "Private" when submitted. The option to set a question "Private" on our Contact page and on this page if you come from the Support Forum page is now only available to accounts on a paid subscription.
5 out of 10 questions (including this thread) that are opened under your account in our support forum are not set as "Private". If you wish to set those threads as "Private", please let us know so we can do it for you.
