Are all questions posted in the support forum now set as "Private" by default?

By the way, are all customer support questions now private? I used to have to indicate if I wanted it to be public or private, but now I do not see that option.

Questions posted in the support forum are not automatically turned to "Private" when submitted. The option to set a question "Private" on our Contact page and on this page if you come from the Support Forum page is now only available to accounts on a paid subscription.

5 out of 10 questions (including this thread) that are opened under your account in our support forum are not set as "Private". If you wish to set those threads as "Private", please let us know so we can do it for you.
