Tallying a score for quiz questions

    Hello,

    I would like to tally the total score for my four single-choice questions in three different categories. Essentially, each possible answer is worth one point, and each answer corresponds with a certain "tier." I would like to add the score for each tier at the bottom of the form. How can I do this?

    I am not sure that I have understood your Form logic. Could you please explain the logic a bit in detail?

    In the above screenshot for Tier 2 and Tier 3, there are no calculations configured and what you would like to display in the text elements for Tier 1,2,3.

    You can get the score for each of the questions using my colleague's workaround here:

    Next, add all the categories answers to get the total.

    Could you please explain your question a bit in detail.
