I've created my first form and I'm currently testing it.
I have inserted a simple number box seeking the user to input a six-digit number, Quote or Invoice Number. When I test the form live JotForm does not allow entry of digits in the box. However, when I go to the next field, Payment Amount, and begin entering digits there, they are duplicated back in the number box field.
This is suppose to be simple and straightforward. Now I am frustrated.
Please help. Thank you

Please try to delete the number box properties and replace it with a new one.
Please try that and let us know if that fixes the issue on your end.

I followed your instructions. I am still experiencing the same issue.
Form will not allow me to enter digits in the Number Box. However, when I enter digits in the Payment Amount field they duplicate in the Number Box as well.

I would recommend you to kindly replace the number field with a short text entry element, this besides of fixing the issue will also allow you to set the 6 digits requirement.
Delete the current field and add the new one:
Then set the input mask on the field, to do this you may click on the settings icon, turn on the input mask option and set your mask:
I hope this helps.

I modified your form, the form now works fine on my end: https://form.jotform.com/91615839903162.
Kindly check and let us know if the issue persists on your end. If the issue persists, please try to clear your browser cache and cookies. That may work.
