    Hey team,

I was wondering if you guys could tell us if there's a way to show the unanswered questions on the submitted form of our Onboarding Questionnaire.

Usually once we get the email that our form was completed, we get a view of the questionnaire without the questions the client chose not to answer (first document) . However, we really need to know what are the unanswered questions. We have one form that did successfully show this (second document), but we do not know how to get the rest of the forms in this same format. If you could please help us with this, it would be wonderful.

There is an option on the jotform platform to chose yes or no on the "hide empty fields" button, and we have already chosen the "no" option, but it still doesn't seem to be working.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Your screenshot is from the old PDF editor, but I see your Onboarding Questionnaire Form is now using the new PDF Editor. We recommend that anyway, so you might want to keep that.

So, in the PDF editor, there is an option to Hide Empty Fields. You need to uncheck that option if you would like to display unanswered fields. I did this for you, so kindly try again.
