    Hi Clemens,

    I need further details about this.

    Was the form embedded on a website? Can you share to us the URL of the website where the form was used?

    The SSL submissions is possible in 2 different ways.

    1. If the form direct URL is using the secure https protocol  i.e. https://secure.jotform.com/30617359492359

    2. if the website where the form is located is using https protocol  i.e. https://www.mydomain.com

    For now, I have notched your SSL submission less 2 to avoid cancellation of your form and account since it already exceed the SSL limits of 10 only.

    To correct in your end, try removing any https you see on the location of the form.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Thanks for your fast answer. I have checked my web-site

    I designed 3 forms. Below the html of the forms

    Reservation form

    <div style="position:absolute;left:auto;top:20;width:600;height:560;">

    <table width=640 height=560 border=0 cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0><tr valign="top">
    <td bgcolor="#ffffff">

    <iframe border="1px" height="710" width="670" src="//www.jotform.com/form/3202740165" style="border: 0.5px solid #d0d0d0" frameborder="1px">

    Your browser does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display inline frames.
    </iframe></td>
    </tr></table></div>

    Contact form

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/30534366225349"></script>

    Guestbook (gastenboek in dutch)

    <div style="position:absolute;left:auto;top:20;width:600;height:560;">

    <table width=640 height=575 border=0 cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0><tr valign="top">
    <td bgcolor="#ffffff">

    <iframe border="1px" height="575" width="670" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/30617359492359" style="border: 0.5px solid #d0d0d0" frameborder="1px">

    Your browser does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display inline frames.
    </iframe></td>
    </tr></table></div>

    And the URL of the websiite is www.tantouille.com

    Sorry it is a lot of code, but I hope you can resolve it.

    greatings

    Clemens

    Hi Clemens,

    I have reset your SSL Limit again but I would suggest you to re-embed your form using another method, I recommend iframe: How to get your Form's Iframe Code

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks

    I tested all my forms and still I got it again; 1 ssl submission. As you can see above I don't use any secure options in my html.and secure stuff. What I found out is that the script code always yse https and secure.jotform etc. So I have always remove part of the code

    I use the Iframe method you describes and still counting ssl.

    Please what to do

    regards

    Clemens

    Hi Clemens,

    Yes, I can confirm that your form's submit.php is using the secure URL. After clearing your form cache here, the secure URL has been corrected. It is now using http instead of https. Please check your forms now. Thanks!
