I need to limit the submission based on selected option?

I need to know if I can limit the submissions based on individual responses to each question. So when option one is selected 25 times, I need that choice option to say "Limit Reached" beside it and disable that answer choice. Is that a possibility?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of following widgets:

Gift Registry

Quantity Gift Registry

When user selects an option and submit form, the available quantity in the widget will reduce automatically for next user. Once the limit set is reached, user will not be able to select he option in the widget.
