Question about saving applications in Jotform

One of the forms we currently have set up through the free version of Jotform is an online application. We're wondering if users/applicants have the ability to start their application and then save and come back to it later?

If not available in the free version, would users have the ability to create an account or do this somehow through the paid version?

You can do this with the free plan. You will need to create two forms and setup them correctly. This feature saves the form for each unique user. Your users will not need to create any accounts.

Your users will be able to stop and then continue later to fill out your form whenever they are available. You can check and follow this walkthrough:
