    Changing Username and A Few Newbie Questions

    1. How do I change my username?

    2. Can I set up other Contact Me forms for other websites?

    3. Why am I receiving duplicate email messages (one from the sender and one from JotForm) when someone sends me an email?

    4. When I receive an email, does it suppose to have the Jotform logo?

    5. When I receive an email, does it suppose to have the word 'Question' with Full Name, Email, Phone Number and My mssage under it, as well as the, word 'Answer' with the sender's name, email address, phone number, message under it?

    Hello Earle,

    To answer your questions:

    1. How do I change my username?
    Unfortunately, you cannot change your username.

    2. Can I set up other Contact Me forms for other websites?
    Yes, you can create forms and place it on other websites.  All you need to do is embed the forms there:

       a. Click My Forms then edit the form you wish to embed on a website
       b. Make sure you are in Setup & Embed tab
       c. Click Embed Form (see screenshot below)

      d. A pop-up will appear and you will have a number of options to choose from.

    3. Why am I receiving duplicate email messages (one from the sender and one from JotForm) when someone sends me an email?
    You are receiving 2 notification emails because you have set 2 notification emails in your Email Alerts (see screenshot below)

    The settings inside Notification is set to be coming from noreply[at]jotform.com while your Notification 2 is set to be coming from the email field of your form. This means that whoever submitted the form will be the email sender of the notification. Please remove one of them if you wish to receive only one notification.

    4. When I receive an email, does it suppose to have the Jotform logo? 

    Not necessarily.  The layout preset there is a template by Jotform email notification system.  You can change it by editing the notification email you wish to modify. After you click on the notification you wish to edit in the Email list (refer to screenshot above), a window will appear and you can edit the layout to your desre in the editor. (click screenshot below to open a bigger image in a new window)

    5. When I receive an email, does it suppose to have the word 'Question' with Full Name, Email, Phone Number and My mssage under it, as well as the, word 'Answer' with the sender's name, email address, phone number, message under it?

    This can be modified by referring to the answer in number 4 (above)
