Mobile Form App: submissions are not synced and are missing

    Hi there, 


    I just got to my office and was syncing the forms from an event. They were offline and on iPads. As soon as the iPads loaded onto wifi, the first iPad synced and the other two iPads' forms disappeared. I am now missing roughly 100 submissions for both of my forms. Please help.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked your account and the forms 91505130517145,91475118235154 are found in your account.

    However, both forms has less than 100 submissions.

    To clarify, are you using an assignee in your forms?

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Kindly check if your form submission are still not synced?

    Yesterday I had wrote down how many submissions were on each iPad (we had 3 set up) 


    In total, I had 171 for the first day form and 146 for the second day form. 


    What do you mean by assignee?

    I presumed you're using the JotForm mobile app to use the offline mode.

    May we know if you have assigned your forms?

    And the missing submissions are from the assignee form or with the main account?

    To clarify, the forms responses are empty in the JotForm mobile App?

    There are no assignees on the forms, when syncing the iPads (all three had different numbers and were completed offline) one of them completely synced, the other started showing what the first iPad synced, and the third has the original amount without syncing with the other two. Is there any way to recover them? They were all completed in the mobile app.

    We are sorry to inform you that missing submissions cannot be recovered; yet precautions to prevent this issue for the further releases are currently in implementation process. They will be finished by the next version(1.6.3) of JotForm Mobile Forms.
