PDF Editor>>Submission PDF: The PDF document name displays incorrectly in the PDF editor.

The auto-reply email and the notification email have the name of the person submitting the form but when viewing the form on the PDF editor it shows data from a different field. A bit frustrating. How can I fix this?

To clarify do you want to change the file name of your PDF document to be the name field?

I tried that and it didn’t work, which is why I was asking for your help. Seems something is not working correctly. The code field name is correct but it is not pulling in the correct data.
Instead of pulling in from the ‘applicant name’ it is pulling in from the ‘emergency contact name’.

The PDF document when downloaded displays the correct name. The issue is with the PDF name in the PDF editor. It is displaying the wrong name in the editor. I have escalated the issue to our team though to check this further.
