    Hi,

    Here are my questions:

Do you have LIVE phone support 24 x 7?

Do you have email capture apps and how does one store emails by category?

What are the limits on the # of emails or notifications that can be sent?

I have an account started a few years ago. I don't use it as it was archaic when you guys first introduced it. Question: Can we store the forms and applications received and if so, is it on your site or can we store it on our site.

Please see answers to your questions below -

Do you have LIVE phone support 24 x 7?

We have 24 x 7 customer support via forum. We respond to each and every question within a couple of hours depending on the number of questions raised.

Dedicated phone support is available with our JotForm Enterprise subscription.

Do you have email capture apps and how does one store emails by category?

You can integrate JotForm with a number of platforms such as MailChimp, Salesforce that help you capture your emails and create lists. You can refer to some of the blogs where we mentioned how to effectively utilize JotForm with/for email marketing. https://www.jotform.com/blog/tag/email-marketing/

What are the limits on the # of emails or notifications that can be sent?

There is no limit to how many emails can be sent per day from any account. However, there is a limit on receiving/sending emails.

-Free plan users can only send/receive up to 20 emails per hour.

-Paid subscribers are 10 recipients in a single Email Notification.

Can we store the forms and applications received and if so, is it on your site or can we store it on our site?

Forms once submitted will be stored on our servers. You also have the freedom to integrate the Data with Cloud storing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. You can send this data to your local server. We have help guide available here.

I hope I have answered all your questions. You can still get in touch should you have further concerns.
