It looks there is a glitch I am assigning this to 2nd level

I am experiencing the same error and many others are too:
In my case, there is a problem with the submission timestamped "2013-03-20 14:35:17" in the following form: http://www.jotform.com/form/13174043172
Please try and download file attached to that submission. It seems like there is a problem when the file name of an uploaded file contains spaces.
This is really annoying, and it seems that it is not being fixed. Maybe its time to look for another form service?

Hello, TreehouseStickers and eicom. We made some updates on the system which fixes the broken links problem for uploaded files for the next coming submissions. If you continue to experience files with broken links for your next coming submissions, please do let us know.
Thanks, and we apologize for your inconveniences.
