Hi there, I need to setup a JotForm to do the following. A charity website is wanting to list thumbnails of various pieces of furniture that they are giving away for free. I need to be able to quickly add new furniture to a form as it comes into the workshop. There is only ever one amount of each product available so it needs to be gone from the form once someone has chosen it and submitted the form.

Additionally I know these forms are created via payment options, however all these items are being given away for free. I can set the cost to 0 and it shows up as free however the methods of payment may make people think there is a hidden catch that they have to pay for. Is there any way of not showing payment options?

    Regards

    Adam

    Hi Adam,

How about using Purchase Order Payment Tool? This doesn't use any payment gateways. Purchase Order is at the last part of Payment Tools.

    Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30651812044950?

    Thanks!

Awesome that works nicely thank you. My only other issue is that there is only ever going to be a limited number of each product. Is there a way, such as injecting custom css, so that ALL products are limited to only 1 of each? Then once someone submits the form it is no longer seen on the products page.

    Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible with JotForm. Sorry about that.
