We are having problems with our form. Not all of the answers are included in the e-mail. Even if you reply to these questions, the reply is not includ

    Are not inlcuded in the e-mail:

    try deleting the notification for that form and recreating it. It might be that if you have added a field since creating the notification setting then it may have not included it.

    To be able to get all the field information on your submission email, you may have to create a new email notification. After deleting the old notification, create another notification email:

    1.  Click Email Alerts

    2.  Click Add New Email

    3.  Choose Notification then click Next

    4.  Complete the wizard

    When you create a new email alert, it will display all fields as it is displayed on the form.

     

    Alternatively, you can simply edit the existing email alert and then insert the new template variables (the one enclosed with { }) .  You can insert the new variable anywhere in your email alert by clicking the specific item from the Form Fields list on the right panel.
