    Certain file uploads not downloading from email

    Im having trouble downloading certain files recieved via file upload from my 'abstract submission form'

    the name if the people who's files cannot be downloaded are (you'll get it from the list of mails) :

    2)gregory ; 3) sahar; 3)ejikeme; 4) nosipho; 5) cornelia; 6) aveshnee; 7) nasirudeen

    8) chia

     Kindly advise on way fwd.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. What is the error you get when you try to download these files. Please share the download link which you have received in your email. 

    While we investigate your issue, I request you to download these files manually.

    The error is:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>

    Cannot download from the form submissions excell db as well, I've tried.

    We have this problem recently but it is now fixed. Are these files submitted just now? I can see on your form submissions page that they were uploaded last February, I would suggest to download them on your form's submissions page.

     a. Go to your My Forms page
     b. Select the form and click on Submissions button above it
     c. Dowload the uploaded files.

    Hi there

    Ok tried downloading from submissions page, from emails as well as exported to excel and tried there.
    Rightclick>save target as does nothing as well.

    Cleared Browser cache too. 

    No joy :(

    I have checked your submission data and was able to download the file of nasirudeen and the whole submission list using Chrome as my browser as seen below.


    However, I did not find these name in your submission list that you have provided.

    aveshnee, cornelia ,nosipho, ejikeme, sahar, gregory, chia


    Can you please try using a different browser when downloading the submission list and verify the names you have provided?

    Hi there 

    I've tried all browsers, Safari on Mac included.
    Files do not download from email, the submissions page and from the downloaded excel doc.

    Below are the links thats not working/givig error for the list of people:

    You seem to be using emre.jotform.pro domain. Please try to login at www.jotform.com and check the files there. I was able to download them there.

    everytime i try that it says:

    Looks like your IP address has been banned because of a possible phishing attempt. If you believe that there is a mistake, let us know using the form below.


    Jotform.com was 'blocked' for a while so I was asked to create forms using emre.jotform.com until they resolve the issue. Which is not, hence the difficulty :( I now have a subscription on emre.jotform.com. I hope its not going to be an problem?

    What is your email address? Let us know so we can add that into our whitelist. Logging in or using jotform.com shouldn't be the problem. Please kindly try my colleague suggestion and let us know if you still can't download the files.
