Hi Jotform Team !
I have some question about how works the PDF Link.
Lets try to explain you how it's suposly to work.
When you want to create a e-mail alerts you choose which field you want to send so if you want to hide some answer you can
But when i add my pdf link it show all field without preocupe what i hide on my e-mail alerts
So my question is it possible to create a PDF Link that automaticly sync with the e-mail alerts
And if it's not possible to add a Feature Request because at this time i can't use this functionnality
If you thinks that feature is not possible i have another solution but it's not very clean
To add like the repport a PDF Generator and you chose which field you want to show
If you don't understand all tell me

It seems to have sync properly. Please make sure you have uncheck those fields on your form submissions page and use the PDF Link field on form's notification wizard.
The PDF submissions URL should be something like this:
Try it again and let us know if this doesn't help. Thanks!

Yes it's work but this not what i want
I have 3 E-mails alert and i want on the 3 e-mail different fields and different pdf
This is the real problem

Thanks for clarifying it a bit. Unfortunately it is not possible. Also, I find it a bit complicated since a form can only generate single PDF, therefore only 1 settings should be followed. It would be very hard to set 3 different PDF settings for each notifications and it might confused the users.
My suggestion would be to use email clients like Thunderbird or Outlook then use the following plugin to convert this emails to PDF. http://www.novapdf.com/kb/convert-email-to-pdf-207.html

I'am not satisfacted about your response
It's not hard to do 3 or more different PDF settings, is my solution
To have somthing like the repport and choose the fields you want to have
And then have the direct link to download the pdf to put on the email

I have submitted your request to our dev team for consideration. I can't promise anything as I don't believe is a very simple process.
Our dev team will update this thread as soon as they have any news on your request.
Thanks for your feedback!
