I want a form to be used for online ordering of food for a food pantry. Clients would select products which they would pickup at the pantry at a future date.

Is there a maximum number of products that can be incorporated in a form? We would need approximately 100+ items.

Does the e mail we receive show the ordered items or is it just a notification or an order?

Does jot form include any statistical trafficking function., eg tracking number of individual items ordered, or can the data be downoaded to excel?

    Hello Richard,

There is no limit to the number of product items you can add in our payment integrations. However, the 100+ items will make the form longer.

Yes, the items ordered will be included in the notification email of the form.

I'm sorry, but there is no way to track each item in the form. Yes, we do have an excel download option.
