Test Email button broken?

    When pressing the Test Email button on the Email Alerts, the Recepiant Email from the first page isn't used. It always says "Test email sent to <account holder's email address>." We cannot test the Email Alerts to the individuals listed on the first page.

    This seems to be a bug?

    IYes, the email should go to Recipient's email id which is configured in current email alert. 

    I am creating a ticket on this and lets see what our development team says. May be it was designed to test the format of the email content.

    If there are any updates on this, you will a notification through this thread.

    The Test Email Button are set that way that only the account holder will received the email notification even when you change the recipient email address. If you wish to test a form submission with different email notification recipients, you will need to do an actual submission test.

    In that case, we have done many test submissions and emails are going through to some of the recipients but not all. The form is: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=23424736857159

    The alerts beginning with recipient "drkwiginton" are not going through. She has checked her Spam/Junk box and the emails just do not seem to be getting to her altogether.

    Do you have a way to check the mail logs on your end to see if the emails are going out successfully?

    I have checked the form and see how you set your notification email setting for DR.K. Can you please change the Sender Email: to noreply@jotform.com and see if it works?

    We can check our bounce listing which I did but did not find drkwiginton@pierceclinicstpete.com to be listed.

    I would advise checking the article on "How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues" as it may also help resolve the notification issue.
