Dear JotForm Team,
Is there a way to create a document (Quotation request for example) that can be sent to a selected consignee's email address from a list?
Example of consignees:
New York = nyc@gmail.com
Paris = par@gmail.com
Singapore = sin@gmail.com
1. Customer can select the consignee the form must be sent to
2. Form is sent to the selected consignee
3. Info on form can be added
4. Form is send back to the shipper
I am trying to create it, but cannot find the way of doing so.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of conditions feature. You can add condition in form to send email to specific email address based on the user's answer.
