Our apologies for the issues and inconvenience this has caused to your end.

I checked your most recent logs in our system, and I can see submissions are sent to your email address. We can troubleshoot this further for you. We only need the ID of the submissions that are not sent to your email address or recipient in your forms.

To get the submission ID, please follow our steps here: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID.

Note that you can verify sent submissions through your email history:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

The following will also help you prevent email related problems:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list since this is your primary sender email in the form.

    2. Whitelist us to your end if you have the option to do so. You can find our list of domains and IPs here https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

    3. Check your spam/junk folder to see if Jotform emails are there. You should mark them as not spam. That would tell your hosting provider that we are not sending any spam and would help us increase our reputation. Doing so would also whitelist us to your end.

Here's another related guide you can check: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Test emails come through fine, no other emails are received and are not caught up in junk. I will try the solutions listed beyond that.HD Goldenshdgoldens.com
