Can we import a form from a free account to this one?

To clarify, do you want to move a form to another account? Or do you want to create a duplicate form?

To move a form,

1)you may let us know the form you want to move

2)share to us the account username you want the form to be moved

Somehow she was using an unpaid account to create new forms.  She is actually designated as a user on our paid account.

Please move forms from:

JVal0983

to 

gdolan

account.

Unfortunately, only the form owner can request the forms to be moved.

Kindly create a thread using the account JVal0983 and request to move the forms to your account gdolan.
