Hi there,
I'm trying to create a form to use internally for other offices in our company to order merchandise quantities.
I do not want to take payment for this but want to show how much this will cost when they order. I can't seem to add this function without having to enter a PayPal Account - is there any way that they can select a quantity, which calculates how much that would be based on price per unit + also associates an image with each product.
The form i've created already is here: https://eu.jotform.com/build/92024949791366#preview
Thanks,
Sasha

You may use the Order Form payment integration.
This integration doesn't use any payment vendor integration, thus doesn't need for any payment transactions.
Kindly follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order
In addition, you may replace/update your current payment integration by removing it and then adding the purchase order.
Your product options will be carried over when you add the new integration.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.
