    To kind attention of JotForm Managers,

     

    My JotForm forms are not working and I can not login. I receive a message that:

     

    "Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended.

    It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue"

     

    It is due to either an attack or a misunderstanding.

     

    I am using the forms for our website http://hasenat.info which is built on a wordpress structure.

     

    The wordpress script and the iframe integrations stated on your site did not work hence we used a custom "iframe with the link to the form" 

     

    Can you please help?

    C'est pareil pour moi, je suis accusé à tord ! J'utilises mes formulaires professionnellement et là mes clients sa va pas maintenant !

    Je faisais confiance au site Internet Jotform qui avait plus de possibilité que d'autres site Internet !

    It's the same for me, I am accused wrongly! I professionally using my forms and my clients there its not going now!

    I trusted the website JotForm who had more possibility that other website!
