Is it possible for the thankyou page redirects to window message?

    Hi, my thank you page after submission is an external URL. It's opening in a pop-up window, so people with pop-up blockers are missing it. Is it possible to make the URL appear in the window instead of as a pop-up? Any other workaround for this so they see the thank you?

    Unfortunately, that's not possible. You can only redirect the user to your own custom webpage/URL.

    Also, I've tested one of my forms and placed the external URL from your form in my form, but I was not able to replicate the issue. Please try my demo form here: 92035489519971 and see if chrome will block the auto-redirect.

    This worked! Do you think it could be a WordPress issue vs. a JotForm issue?

    I think it's related to Wordpress. My demo form is not embedded in WordPress and it works fine if it's a standalone form. Your form is embedded in the WordPress webpage that is why pop-ups are being blocked.
