Square: Received submissions without mandatory product.

    I have had multiple submissions this evening that went through without the Square payment, even though it is a "required" field on the form. How do I update the settings to make sure the form does not submit WITHOUT the payment going through successfully.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. We had a technical glitch where required product of payment tool was included in preview but not charged when form was submitted. 

    This issue was escalated to our backend team and it was resolved immediately. It seems you received submissions before the glitch was fixed. I would suggest you to please ask users to submit form again.
