    Why does it take longer than usual to load data submissions?

    I've been waiting for 15 minutes for the Submissions to load, and nothing happens. It's strange, because I can load other webpages very quickly. I think there might be some problem in extjs.cachefly.net's connection since my browser keeps displaying 'transferring data from extjs.cachefly.net'.

    Any illumination?

    Hi there,

    This is getting a little bit annoying. I've been trying to access my Submissions page for the last 24 hours to no avail. The page keeps loading without practically displaying anything. Anyonw knows what's with this cyclic loading process?

    Hi wrizky,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. May I ask which browser you're using? I have tried accessing the submissions page for all of your 3 forms and I did not experience delays or difficulty in loading the pages (using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.16 and IE 8). Please try again using any of these browsers and let us know if it happens again.

    It seems not to work with Firefox 4. I'm having the same issue.

    @ASRA

    I logged in to your account using Firefox 4 and I had no trouble accessing the Submissions page. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

     

     

    This might be caused by a problem with your internet connection or your browser's cache. Please try restarting your internet connection or clearing your browser's cache. You can clear your cache by pressing shift, ctrl, and delete keys at the same time while you're on the Firefox window. Note: You might want to uncheck browsing history if you don't want them cleared.
