When people have completed the form on my website and clicked on "Submit" it is not being sent to my email address. I can view it when I log into JotForm.com, but it doesn't appear in my inbox. Suggestions?

I have checked our mail logs for your e-mail address which you have entered in your form (email@example.com). And I see there your mails are sent. In this case you should check your spam mails / spam filters or try to add jotform as a trusted contact. If these will not work you should ask your e-mail provider about why you can not get mails. In case of necessity I can send you your e-mail's logs.
